Day TWO
=======
all prepared and ready to GO!

First stop: TAIPEI 101

the building itself is really tall (duh-uh). magnificent. but nothing much actually. just some high-end boutiques. but the toilet is nice though ((: beside the building was a shopping mall called NEW YORK NEW YORK. for those who watched meteor garden, that's the shopping centre they mentioned. NYNY with a statue of liberty. there was this donut shop - MISTER DONUT- that sells drooling delicious donuts.many variety also. definitely better than the donut factory at raffles. by the way, they actually have dunkin donuts at taipei, dan shui. when are they opening one in singapore???

The donuts i ate. Ooishi Neh! NEW YORK NEW YORK
We met spiderman on the way. Come on, lets FIGHT!

The COOL trio (okay. not so cool with the twist)

poor lou, she's always the zero

the shades & the shade-less
Then it was to WU FEN PU for some shopping. hvae to buy alot kind. it's their whole sale centre in some sense actually. no photos there but as usual, it's super big. a bigger version of bugis street. ah-lianish stuff.

XI-MEN-DING

Went to the famous streets of xi men ding. bustling little place, with all the good lookers and good food of course. they have "yu dan" there! fish-eggs is the direct translation for it. but it taste like fish balls..and they have all kinds of flavours. wanted to try all the different kinds but the flavours are all written in chinese. boo.

they have many shops there that sells snow ice (ice made with milk, and topped with fruits of your choice) which is the perfect dessert and just the thing to make me =D. really really FAN-tabulous. we have strawberry snow ice, peach snow ice and mango snow ice. oh oh. and for tourist to taiwan, it's a MUST to try their very famous mee sua shop - ah zhong mian xian. for someone who don't usually eat the mee sua in singapore, i personally think that it's a not to be missed local delicacy. i gave it 4/5 you know. minus one for the intestines in the mee sua. but all then that, it's SEDAP! they don't have chairs or tables outside the shop, just big pots of mee sua. always crowded with long queues. and from the pictures, you can choose to take away or just stand outside the shop and finish that bowl of yummy mee sua. it taste just too good that all you can see is faces of satisfaction, everyone head bend low, slurping the piping hot mee sua.

cooling snow ice on hands! fish-eggs!

SEDAP...Slurp slurp. ah zhong mian xian, pls!
*brain freeze*
uber good! OoiShi NEH!

after xi men ding, was back to hotel. recharge, freshen up and off we go to Rao-he night market again, till past midnight. the other street of raohe was more of food than clothes. very yummy food too. taiwan is a food haven la. my kind of place ((: but such a pity we didnt take any pictures at raohe..the place where we spent the most time at. somehow, we just don't take pictures at night cause we are either too busy eating or shopping...
