It is said that through Tea-ism, one who cannot feel the littleness of great things among themselves are apt to overlook the greatness of things in others. how true!! It is believed that the West has always look down on the East. Indian spirituality derided as ignorance, Chinese sobriety as stupidity and Japanese patriotism as fatalism. And perhaps, the culture of Tea is the only avenue where the West and the East can meet in mutual consolation. So much about tea but do you know the goodness in it? There is a subtle charm in the taste of tea which makes it irresistible and capable of idealization. It has not the arrogance of wine, the self consciousness of coffee (**I hate coffee), nor the simpering innocence of cocoa (love it still C:). It is THE way of life..which is why, i love teas too C:a cup of peach/earl gray/ green tea, lying on the couch, on a peaceful lazy afternoon is just the thing to take one's mind off anything and everything.. perfect-O! life is short, so enjoy and savour the goodness of serenity. it is afterall rare in this bustling, paced-up city of lights.*adaption from my JS readings*"The afternoon glow is brightening the bamboos, the fountains are bubbling with delight, the soughing of the pines is heard on the kettle. Let us dream of evanescence, and linger in the beautiful life of foolishness of things."goodness of tea C: so i shall now invest more on tea sessions...it's the START of another week!! and It's Children's Day!! and the birthdays month! it's gonna be a good month...i hope C: just one wish for the day. i hope the cough in me goes away. irritating whopping cough that causes this burning sensation within my throat. okeydokey hokeypokey, the bed is calling out to me..so, till laters ((:
